This notice describes which personal data Hasan Alper Yaprak processes when you use this website or write by email.

What this website processes

The website explains the services and makes it possible to get in touch. There is no contact form, user account, newsletter, or audience measurement.

Non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, and session replay are not used.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Server-side functions run in the Frankfurt am Main (EU) region.

Vercel processes technical log data such as IP address, time, requested address, and browser identifier in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is a secure and functioning website.

Static files and cached responses are delivered through Vercel’s global network. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the EEA. Transfers to the United States, if they occur, are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your email address, the content of the message, and the technical details of the transmission.

The purpose is to answer the enquiry and, if requested, to arrange a first conversation.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message is a step towards a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use Zoho Mail, provided by Zoho Corporation GmbH, II. Hagen 7, 45127 Essen, Germany, as a processor under Article 28 GDPR, to receive and manage email.

Email is stored in data centres in the European Economic Area. Zoho group companies outside the EEA may access it on a need basis for support and debugging. Transfers to third countries, if they occur, are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet statutory retention duties.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not set non-essential cookies.

Fonts are served with the website. Your browser does not load fonts from Google or other third parties.

Recipients

Personal data is received only by parties that need it for the purposes above: Vercel for hosting and Zoho for email.

Data is not disclosed for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A message to hello@haygentic.ai is enough to exercise these rights.

You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna (www.dsb.gv.at).

Automated decisions

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
